Human Motor Assessment Center

Project Z03 supports the CRC by providing standardized motor assessments and MR imaging protocols for all human study participants (i.e., healthy participants and neuropsychiatric patients) to expand the existing human motor database (with INF). This extensive database also includes healthy subjects of different ages, facilitating the recruitment of matched control subjects for the human CRC projects, thereby allowing for large samples with sufficient statistical power. Moreover, project Z03 uses the newly established CRC gait laboratory to characterize normal human gait and gait disturbances and thus fuels cross-species projects on gait (with Z02).
